**What do you like best about Trails?**

I like how easy and quick it is to get both a step-by-step guide and a video craeted that doesn't require me to record my voice. I appreciate the support and quick work to implement new features and/or fix bugs and, as a public school district, we appreciate the lower price point.

**What do you dislike about Trails?**

There are some bugs that pop up here an there but that's all products and they've been minimal and usually work themselves out anyways.

**What problems is Trails solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing training and information for staff and families encouraging self-sufficiency as well as helping bridge language gaps.
