It creates EICRs, Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs), Minor Works certificates, danger notice, Part F (ventilation certs) EV charger, emergency lighting, domestic and commercial fire certs and PAT testing records. Where applicable, it complies to the latest standards e.g to BS 7671 18th Edition. AI reads a photo of the consumer unit and auto-fills the circuit schedule, removing most of the typing. Tradecert runs on iOS, Android and web with real-time sync, and works fully offline so certificates are completed on site with no signal. Validation flags errors before issuing, version history restores earlier drafts, and teams can work on the same certificate together. Finished certificates are issued as branded PDFs and emailed to the client. We particularly like being able to record an EICR observation, its location and a photograph, then automatically select the relevant inspection item—all from one page. **What do you dislike about Tradecert?** We have no significant complaints. Tradecert works very well for our business and continues to improve. **What problems is Tradecert solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automatic switch between working online and offline line is really helpful for us as we generally have poor signal in a lot of the sites we work on ### 2.
