Employees can communicate and swap shifts on their own, and clock in and out and you can create payroll reports to efficiently manage thelabor costs. ## TrackSmart Scheduling Reviews ### 1. And not really much else. It's easy to view your schedule, others schedules, offer up shifts and snag shifts from others. **What do you dislike about TrackSmart Scheduling?** I really truly don't have anything that I don't like. It all works as I would hope it would. **Recommendations to others considering TrackSmart Scheduling:** Tracksmart really is very easy to use and navigate. Even if you jump in no training on it, you can navigate on your own. **What problems is TrackSmart Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously used a spreadsheet for our shifts. It really was a disaster, but it was a placeholder as we found a software that really worked for our company. This one did the trick! ### 2. It has helped the organization made the shift scheduling process much smooth. I liked the fact that the system allowed us to schedule staff shifts at ease. The fact that employee can go online and view their schedule is a plus. Also, it empowers your employee to be able to swap their shift with other employee which is very convenient for employee in the time they needed the most. Best of all, I love that employee don't need to keep on calling out since the web-platform also allows them to submit time offs, sick days and personal time off which helps combine both scheduling time and time off and near instant email notification provided by TrackSmart. I feel the system has a lot of room to improvement and that along makes it significant good news to know. **What do you dislike about TrackSmart Scheduling?** TrackSmart Web-based site is easy to use, however, the mobile app needs improvement. In this mobile age applications are essential for any company to survive the digital age. TrackSmart app services is very limited and therefore only allows one to perform basic tasks such as taking time off or viewing schedule. I wish the app provided the opportunity to look into more detail information as the web-site allows, also I wish that they are able to allow edits specially if you submit a sick day by mistake and wish to cancel and resubmit again, one must go to the website and do this. I feel the app has the ability to do it, but TrackSmart has not done major update to it. **Recommendations to others considering TrackSmart Scheduling:** TrackSmart Scheduling website is a very good platform to use for staff scheduling. I like the ability the system has for scaling up which for any small and medium size business is important. The mobile app has a lot of room to improve and I'm sure you'll like once you give a try! **What problems is TrackSmart Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company was able to save time and money by switching to TrackSmart. Prior to using TrackSmart, our company experienced difficulty handling the weekly staff schedules not to mention the constant confusion on the time employee reported. ### 4.
