TrackMyVendor Reviews & Product Details

Managing subcontractor compliance shouldn't mean chasing down paperwork, manually checking license databases, or hoping your COIs are still valid when a project kicks off. TrackmyVendor is a compliance management platform built specifically for general contractors. It gives you a single place to track every subcontractor's licenses, insurance certificates, and compliance status — with the verification happening automatically, not manually. Unlike generic document storage tools, TrackmyVendor actively verifies contractor licenses against state databases in real time and uses AI to parse Certificates of Insurance, extracting coverage types, limits, and expiration dates without you opening a single PDF. When something is expiring or out of compliance, you know before it becomes a job-site problem. Built for small and mid-sized GC firms that manage 20 to 50 active subcontractors, TrackmyVendor replaces the spreadsheets, email threads, and manual follow-up that most teams rely on today — without the complexity or cost of enterprise compliance platforms.
