"Grab screenshot and share with your developer what you see!"

What do you like best about TrackDuck?

Ease of use. You can grab a screenshot which grabs more information to share with the developer of a concern you might be seeing. The developer can see what browser, what monitor size, and see what you see since it takes a screenshot. We are able to add in as many "tickets" of what needs to be adjusted or updated. It's helpful for development to deployment for the projects that we work on. This tool impresses me for how easy it is to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackDuck?

When we were first using TrackDuck, found the way that they had the status for what was open and closed confusing. Provided the feedback directly to TrackDuck and they updated the system to accommodate what would be easier to understand for my team. So while you may not like something about TrackDuck, I'd reach out and ask them as they have been very responsive to our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrackDuck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before TrackDuck, we used to take the feedback and place it in Word documents with screenshots, as well as spreadsheet which my team and the client's team used to convey what changes were needed. Now we result more to TrackDuck for my team, and we stick with the spreadsheet between the client and my team - so keep a running log of what we have pending. As a production manager, I'm grateful that we found a tool like this to use, as the tool is flexible with us and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrackDuck?

Our small agency implements trackduck on a daily basis with sites we manage. We use this tool as a selling point to our clients and they love it. It’s so easy to provide feedback and insight on what needs to change vs just the old school word document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackDuck?

What do you like best about TrackDuck?

The ability to capture design issues easily and get rid of the manual print screens. I can open tickets very fast and developpers understand clearly what they need to correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackDuck?

While it's one of my favorite feature, it is also one that needs improvements: Trello integration. Trackduck tickets on Trello are a very great way to keep things organized and focus on priorities, but the feature joins useless files to Trello cards and comments are often repeated two times. "A must have for anyone trying to work on a website with other people"

What do you like best about TrackDuck?

I can easily discuss features and point out bugs or changes when working with my clients. I create simple wordpress sites for authors and the like, and when an issue comes up that needs changing, but the user isn't the most techsavvy and the best at describing their issue, they can just tell me exactly where and what with trackduck. What problems is TrackDuck solving and how is that benefiting you?

I build very simple landing page sites and blogs for a specific industry, and a lot of times these people don't know a thing about the process or how to explain what changes they need. When they say "I need you to change that button" or "I dont like that there" and I dont know what they're taking about, they can literally show me even though we're half a world apart in location.
