The ability to track inventory and assets in real-time is definitely very useful for companies, regardless of their size. I also have hope that I'll be skilled enough to use the software once I have mastered it. It is easy to undertake the hurdles of the set-up and learning curve with it. **What do you dislike about TraceMaster?** In my opinion the software powering TraceMaster has a very steep learning curve and that fact explains to us how difficult it is to use this software. The interface looks messy and the interaction is not always smooth, and the instructional materials are scarce and inaccurate. The process of putting up the system, operating it, and making sure that it works properly was a time and energy- requiring work for our team, hence some technical knowledge was helpful. **What problems is TraceMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has the great opportunity of achieving more effective way of asset registration and overall flow by using the TraceMaster. The data of real time location will be of a great importance so as to immediately spot where our gear is and make sure we have all of it properly accounted for. ### 2. Its less user friendly interface and counterintuitive design make it a difficult to use. The limited range of templates and customizable options are cumbersome. **What do you dislike about TraceMaster?** There is lack of customer support. It is quite difficult to obtain assistance when issues arise leaving users feeling frustrated and hindering their ability to fully utilize the softwares potential. The steep learning curve poses difficulties for users in navigating and comprehending all the features offered by the platform. **What problems is TraceMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are some features missing that are crucial for effective business management. It lacks to solve the problem of complex debugging processes. This not saves time and effort. ### 3. The interface is less user friendly making it diffiult to navigate through the software. Its very user friendly no matter what type variable it is hexa or any other there is always a option for change it in decimal. Dynamic value can be passed during trace and check the output can be checked during the run only **What do you dislike about TraceMaster?** Sometimes setup is a bit lengthy. There should be a specific format to do the setup to start a Trace. There should be commands listed in the TraceMaster tool itself instead of documentation. It will help user to understand how to use the tool. In online trace setup the process is very lenghty **Recommendations to others considering TraceMaster:** Just amazing in debugging the issue and Root cause analysis. Its shows everything. Save a lot of time when compared to the traditional method of putting display and debugging. This tool helps most when time matters and best fit for critical projects. Go for it best for fast project and where time matters like critical project , Healthcare and BFS. Very user friendly once you are famaliar . Dynamic and static called program can also be access during the trace and we can stick to program flow which ever program we called. overall the product is awesome and very useful to developers. **What problems is TraceMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** For critical project time matters where trace master comes into the picture. Generally we use to find the root cause when we don't get expected results after running the program. Time-saving and user-friendly. ### 8. It affords the ability to fix errors or change DX code electronically, to route the ecg to a reading box, to fax or send final results as well as preliminary results to the patient's EMR. In this manner, you can diagnose what is causing an abend or figure out how a variable is being populated incorrectly. **What do you dislike about TraceMaster?** TraceMaster limits the number of variables you can "keep". I have found this frustrating at times. It's counterpart, Xpediter, allows more. **What problems is TraceMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Abends and bug fixes.
