TraceGains allows suppliers to upload Food safety documents with access to the customer's Verifiable page and link. The portal notifies the supplier of the Customers request and allers the customer once document are uploaded to the depository. Customers support is 24/7 with walk through videos available at all times. The portal is easy to use and immplementation was concluded within the hour. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** If you do not receiving updates when there is nothing to update, you would dislike the application. It sends you updates as frequent as 24hours from your last login. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an easy third party verification systems for users. It allows easy easy interaction with excellent 24/7 customer service. ### 2. It is super easy to use from that side of things. I also like that it is very customizable. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** TraceGains on the document side does not like for pictures to be added. It is not user friendly. I do not like the format that used for documents. Also you need to know how to write scripts in order to get certain features to work. This not something I would recommend for a quality management system. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their customer service is not the best in my opinion. Basically if you want a feature added or something fixed you have to be the customer who is paying more. ### 3. Implementation is quite rapid. Customer support seems to be helpful and on time. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** Customizations although available but extensive customizations according to each business requirements should have been more helpful. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found thatTraceGains helps companies to manage risks related to food recall and maintain high-quality standards across the chain of custody. ### 4. It is very user friendly, the interface is very clear and shows you exactly what tasks are still open. I'd highly recommend this for companies that share compliance data on a frequent basis. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** The only dislike I could mention is that if the company you are sharing information with does not set up their request correctly. When this happens, you have to rely on the customer to fix this. I feel there could be some warning for the person inputting the requested data suggesting there could be errors. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Throughout the course of any given year, we receive hundreds of traceablity, quality and compliance requests, often from the same customers. TraceGains streamlines the submittal process. ### 6. It saves a ton of time for everyone to have a single source of truth. Truth is, we are barely scratching the surface on what this can truly do for us. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** Nothing comes to mind. What we use it for, it does better than any other solution I've looked into. **Recommendations to others considering TraceGains:** If you have customers or vendors that need documents from you, I can't recommend this enough. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers are able to source and secure COA's and certifications as they need them, without waiting for our team to carve out time to send it. The benefit of being able to offer customers real time documents is incredibly valuable. ### 7. It prompts suppliers to input information automatically - there is little need for intervention. I like that as a supplier of information I only ahve to post it once and then the documents are distributed to all my customers as applicable. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** The part about Trace Gains that I like the least is that it puts all of the work on the supplier - simply at the behest of the customer. **Recommendations to others considering TraceGains:** Trace Gains sets the standard and is used by many other companies in the food industry - it is definitely worth looking into and makes an improvement in cost and ease of retrievability. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trace Gains makes it easy to document compliance with food safety regulations. Likewise, it makes it easy to disseminate compliance information to customers. ### 8. There is a collaboration aspect if the other food company also uses trace gains. **What do you dislike about TraceGains?** It seems somewhat outdated as an older website. **Recommendations to others considering TraceGains:** It is very straight forward, would recommend. It automatically sends out email requests for documents that are out of date. **What problems is TraceGains solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving problems of tracking documentation from suppliers.
