Interactivity between the customer and supplier, the creation of a common depository and verification systems platform. TraceGains allows suppliers to upload Food safety documents with access to the customer's Verifiable page and link. The portal notifies the supplier of the Customers request and allers the customer once document are uploaded to the depository. If you do not receiving updates when there is nothing to update, you would dislike the application. It sends you updates as frequent as 24hours from your last login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the receiving/supplier side of TraceGains. It is super easy to use from that side of things. I also like that it is very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TraceGains on the document side does not like for pictures to be added. It is not user friendly. I do not like the format that used for documents. Apart from their robust traceability and automated quality control, I liked the most about their user interface/UX allowing clients to onboard and training to farmers more easily. TraceGains allows me to share current compliance information and documentation with our most valued customers. It is very user friendly, the interface is very clear and shows you exactly what tasks are still open. I'd highly recommend this for companies that share compliance data on a frequent basis. The only dislike I could mention is that if the company you are sharing information with does not set up their request correctly. When this happens, you have to rely on the customer to fix this. I think I like the automation of TraceGains the best. It prompts suppliers to input information automatically - there is little need for intervention.
