What do you like best about Tower CRM?

I find Tower CRM incredibly easy to use and appreciate its speed. I enjoy powerful features like in-line editing, drag and drop automation, and custom reporting. The initial setup was very easy, making it useable on day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tower CRM?

I'm still waiting on some more features that enterprise CRMs have but understand it's still in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
