Tow Right Software Reviews & Product Details

Tow Right Software runs the whole towing company from one login — dispatch, the driver's phone, invoicing, the impound lot, scheduling, payroll and the books. Each step feeds the next: completing a call writes the invoice and records who earned what, so nothing gets retyped between systems and nothing leaks between them. Dispatchers work a live map with every truck and every waiting call on it, and the drive time to each job worked out before anyone is assigned. Drag a driver onto a call and it lands on their phone. The driver app keeps working in a dead zone and stamps each step when it happened, not when it synced. Truck positions come from driver phones or straight from the trucks, through the GPS system you already run. On the money side, every completed call becomes an invoice, with sales tax matched from where the vehicle was picked up and separate rates for cash, direct billing and motor club work. A pay-online link puts card payments straight into your own account, and invoices sync to QuickBooks Online with payments coming back the other way. Vehicles in the yard accrue storage by the day, and it lands on that tow's own bill at release. What no other tow software does is the budget math underneath it. Instead of a markup somebody set by gut years ago, Tow Right prices every service from your real operator, equipment and overhead costs against the margin you're actually aiming for — and re-suggests rates as fuel, wages and insurance move. Everything is in the box. No modules to buy, no add-ons to unlock. US$100 a month covers your owner account plus four users, and extra users are US$20 a month each. Tow Smarter. Track Better. Sleep Easier. -Tow Right.
