Tow Right Software runs the whole towing company from one login — dispatch, the driver's phone, invoicing, the impound lot, scheduling, payroll and the books. Each step feeds the next: completing a call writes the invoice and records who earned what, so nothing gets retyped between systems and nothing leaks between them. Dispatchers work a live map with every truck and every waiting call on it, and the drive time to each job worked out before anyone is assigned. Drag a driver onto a call and it lands on their phone. The driver app keeps working in a dead zone and stamps each step when it happened, not when it synced. Truck positions come from driver phones or straight from the trucks, through the GPS system you already run. On the money side, every completed call becomes an invoice, with sales tax matched from where the vehicle was picked up and separate rates for cash, direct billing and motor club work. A pay-online link puts card payments straight into your own account, and invoices sync to QuickBooks Online with payments coming back the other way.
