**What do you like best about TOPS?**

I worked with a system where only 1 person could access. TOPS allows multiple users all at once! I can search by names not just numbers. User friendly!

**What do you dislike about TOPS?**

I have come across anything I don't like.

Use it, It works!

**What problems is TOPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of pulling up resident information. Follow up on CCR's and Service requests.

**What do you like best about TOPS?**

The best part about the violation section of Tops is how fast I am able to generate letters.

**What do you dislike about TOPS?**

Tops is a bit slow at times, and there are times that it just completely gives up in editing letters and the entire system shuts down.

**What problems is TOPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating letters used to take at least half an hour. With Tops, we generate letters for multiple associations in literally minutes.

**What do you like best about TOPS?**

Most of it is user friendly, it's easy to learn, it makes our accounting process easier. 

**What do you dislike about TOPS?**

We don't utilize all of the features because they are difficult to use. Some things are complicated and should be easy, like printing violation letters or invoices, there are too many steps. 

**Recommendations to others considering TOPS:**

It's a good product for Property Management. It's fairly easy to use. there are some quirks and things that can be difficult to do. Their support is good but, difficult to contact if you need immediate help. You call and leave a message and have to wait for them to call you back, this can really disrupt productivity. 

**What problems is TOPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is simplifying accounting for Property Management. It makes it much quicker and easier to apply payments and find homeowners.
