I typically schedule my volunteers for a quarter at a time, and they are not on a set rotation. Completing the scheduling work in TP takes a lot of time. I also don’t like the auto-email system for scheduled volunteers. It doesn’t work very well. They have produced a product that is good and getting better. It is reasonable priced and robust in what it can do. At times, it seems cumbersome to work through the necessary steps, but the company seems receptive to valuable feedback and willing to make changes where needed. **What do you dislike about TouchPoint Church Management Software?** Sometimes, the steps to accomplish a task seem cumbersome. Also frustrating is that what is typed in a message looks different when you send the email. I would like more options to make it aesthetically pleasing. I think the volunteer calendar process could be more user friendly.
