**What do you like best about TotalView?**

I love the way it works with SAP. It really allows for us to manage our workforce and have them able to view their time and schedule and eliminates a lot of tracking and manual work.

**What do you dislike about TotalView?**

What is least helpful with regards to TotalView is the limits that my current instance has regarding categories. I am aware that this is probably something that could be fixed by my workview

**What problems is TotalView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

payroll automation is something that is currently benefiting my work group. I would love to be able to create some functionality where the sellers would be able to update from their moble device.

**What do you like best about TotalView?**

I love that Totalview provide the capabilities that are so helpful in my role in Workforce Management- the best among all its beauty is the ease of use!

**What do you dislike about TotalView?**

I do not have anything in particular that I dislike.

**What problems is TotalView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A LOT of scheduling tool that really helps to manage the demand and utilize my supply of employees.

**What do you like best about TotalView?**

Client attributes are tabbed and easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about TotalView?**

Unsure if this is primarily dependent on the backend coding or my employer's database server but loading between the tabs can occasionally feel sluggish.

**What problems is TotalView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TotalView allows us to keep client data organized and easily accessible by relevant parties, making account troubleshooting tasks easy to resolve.

The ability to view & compare team availability and time off

I love everything about it. Especially the functionalities.

It is solving lack of team participation & creating a space to monitor each employee while being a remote worker.

**What do you like best about TotalView?**

I like that this is a quick and easy way to manage our customer service department to ensure we have enough people staffed to handle incoming calls.

**What do you dislike about TotalView?**

At times it can be a bit tedious to add/adjust agent's schedules. The icons are very small. There are also days where the predictions for call volume are extremely skewed.

**What problems is TotalView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this to predict incoming call volume and adjust our staffing accordingly.
