## About TotalGarage
TotalGarage runs a car workshop from first call to payment. It was built inside a working repair shop in Constanta, Romania, and is used there every day. Book cars on a calendar by bay, move them across a kanban board and see every car in the shop on one screen. Check-in includes a damage sketch, photos and a GDPR-ready repair order. Build estimates from your parts and labour catalog and send quotes on WhatsApp. You see if the customer opened the quote, and they accept it online. Customers sign on their own phone or on a shop tablet. Every signature is versioned, so edits after signing are flagged. Issue Romanian e-invoices (e-Factura) through FGO or SmartBill. Scan supplier invoices from a PDF or a photo and the goods receipt is created for you. Track stock by batch, sell at the counter with a barcode scanner and record cash, card and bank payments with customer balances. Fleet customers get contract prices, fixed prices for inspections and payment terms, applied automatically. Customers can book online, request quotes with photos and see their cars' history and due dates in a customer portal. Mechanics see only their own jobs.
