There are some opportunities for growth and change but they are open to their clients suggestions. Because we have a proprietary LOS it is challenging to send data thru the API. We have a manual process for monthly servicing updates due to change of loan ownership. Onboarding can be a bit overwhelming. There are so many options available that it can be hard to decide on the best path for your company. The team is great, and very knowledgeable and patient in the process, but getting started is a big hurdle. I also wish reporting was better. I wish users could better pull specific lists of customers for their needs. We have branch managers who would like to access customer data per their location, create call lists for staff etc, and we have no way to pull out the data we are putting into TE. The support is unmatched. They are always willing to hop on a call and help out when needed. Having a dedicated CSM that holds weekly or bi-weekly calls helps us stay on track with our goals.
