Using it to generate shared agendas, take and share notes as necessary, and for me, creating a "to do" list on the fly is super useful. It is intuitively easy to use. Its connections with Google Meet and Calendar are very helpful. I work part time, but when working, I use it several times per day. **What do you dislike about Topicflow?** Internet connectivity is important but it does function offline once a meeting is established. **What problems is Topicflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create legible meeting notes, a chronological catalogue of meetings including an AI generated summary (that is very good!) and a "to do" list associated with the meeting. All of this is shareable in a manageable way - i.e. target lists of sharers can be customized. ### 2. If you are looking for a meaningful and productive meeting, Topicflow will be your go-to source. **What do you dislike about Topicflow?** My team and I love the software's basic functionality; we have not faced any glitches. It is quite handy that it can automatically add events to my calendar and send me meeting reminders. Even better, it sends me an email with all the meeting notes and summaries of tasks, obligations, and action items following each meeting. It relies on the advantages of Google's productivity tools and is incredibly simple to use. Too many meeting notes and action items were lost earlier, which is one of the key reasons that we use Topicflow. All of our notes and action items are collected in one place with Topicflow. For remote teams, it is very beneficial and effective. **What do you dislike about Topicflow?** There are not any dislikes for Topicflow. It is especially beneficial and productive for remote teams.
