It's the best career a fresher can Startup. And it's a Fun and easy job to do. I improved my Communication Skill by speaking with a lot of people. I am Proud to get a job as a candidate

There is a Minor Disadvantage in Recruiting; there are some difficulties in onboard a candidate and there is some difficulties in choose a perfect candidate, but we learned how to this things without any complex it's a best job i would say

They have a very streamlined process of Screening and Selecting the right candidates as per the needs of their Clients, which makes it a very awesome tool.

Sometimes it takes too much time, which can be avoided as nowadays most of the Candidates as well as Hiring Teams are looking for a quick and fast resolution of problems related to Hiring and getting hired.

They screen candidates and select the candidates who fit best the job description based on the inputs from the Company that is hiring the candidates; also, it makes sure that all the candidates, as well as Company, have proper communication and most of the requirements are met from both the sides.

Employee referrals are one of the best and most effective ones. Referred base new hires are usually more engaged and less likely to leave. Recruitment agencies are also the best platforms to manage/execute the recruitment process.

Top Tech candidates will demand high-end salaries. Top IT talent will likely leave early if you do not give them high-end salaries because most of them desire new challenges, Opportunities and flexible timings.

While using any Top rated recruitment platefrom, you can easily pass all the information to the concerned candidates with all the requirements ( Hard skills, Soft skills KPIs), and it will eventually be viewed by maximum candidates without much effort of yours.

Easy to use platform, skilled pool of IT engineers to choose from, competitive rates

**What do you dislike about Top Remote Talent?**

Not an issue with the platform, but we did have a couple of candidates that we extended our offer to and it was rejected last minute, after an initial acceptance.

Helps to grow the IT team quicker, without us needing to spend much time on initial screening and going through tens of resumes (including fake ones which is now becoming more common)

It recruiting for startups is a best software whic is feasible and one can manage the software easily. It has lots of features built in it. One can manage jobs, candidates easily.

It recruiting for startups screen the resumes of candidates as per requirement or job description.  But  still human need to do the screening of candidates and resumes
