It helps in better utilisation of assets or equipment's one has therby preventing from buying more equipments when not needed. 1.Tool and asset manager is quick and easy because only ones need to use abar code scanners and RFTD tags for simple check in or check out of company tools and assets.

2.It makes it easy to write a report of tools and assets of the organization because only what you need to do is to dive deep into company data.
