I have used Toodledo for years to manage complex multitasking in my work environment. Toodledo reduces my mental load by covering all aspects of multitasking: categorizing, prioritizing, handling multiple tasks at once, and sharing tasks. It also synchronizes with my calendar. It’s completely customizable. I’ve tried all of their competitors’ products. Toodledo is by far the most powerful and robust. I have been a customer since 2009. I can’t think of any negatives at this time other than that there a slight learning curve to using their software. I find Toodledo incredibly useful for organizing everything from work projects to personal finances, reminders, and even journaling. I love its high level of customization, allowing me to personalize my workflow and adjust as needed. The ability to create and manage sub-tasks efficiently to complete entire projects is invaluable. Additionally, I appreciate how it functions almost like a relational database, linking tasks with notes to maintain a cohesive record. Toodledo is a very practical tool for managing to-dos within a team. Tasks can be easily assigned, prioritized, and given due dates, making coordination and tracking significantly easier. It is straightforward to understand, setup and use and just works without glitches, especially the web version. Over a decade of using it on various platforms and it has soldiered on quietly and without complaint. Whenever I had a question, the folks who create and maintain the software are extremely responsive even though I used the free version for quite a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sync button on the web version and the mobile version are a bit trickier to locate. Simply refreshing the entire window does not sync - sometimes I have lost a small amount of work by a mobile version overriding the web version. I have since learned how to manage this. I've used Toodledo for over 10 years and it has been one of the best productivity and task-tracking systems that I've ever tried. Its webpage is easy to navigate and works well, but even more importantly the app is seamlessly integrated and works perfectly. I use it for both business and personal tasks and have used it every day of my adult professional life. I have the plus plan and the customer support team is responsive to direct inquires/tickets.
