ToneDen also allows me to create high-quality content and monitor customer feedback on social media sites. It really saves us time and effort. I am now able to create many campaigns with ease . I have been trying to delete my Toneden account along with my Toneden public page but the page isn't ready to delete. There is no clear way of deleting your Toneden account. This is a matter of privacy since I have closed down my business associated with my Toneden account. I have tried reaching out to customer support via email and chat and they have never responded. Terrible, Annoying and Frustrating! **What problems is ToneDen solving and how is that benefiting you?** None as of now since I have deleted my associated social media business accounts. Seems like once you make a profile on Toneden, you can't delete it!!! ### 6. The dashboard allows to organize different projects and gives a overview of the relative process. Mobile ads are working properly. Automatically keyword finder tool is great and helps to save time. **What do you dislike about ToneDen?** The cost control shows projects that are marked as finished also in the dashboard, in the main report tab there are projects summarized and so we don't have a amount for every single client. **Recommendations to others considering ToneDen:** Be sure that projects are separated when you are downloading the relative report to avoid wrong to get wrong datasheets mixed with other projects and clients. **What problems is ToneDen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Position in the right moment of online media advertising. We had used third parties before for contests, but never received the analytics that come along with ToneDen. We also utilize the "FanLink" for each release, showing our listeners where online they can find our music. **What do you dislike about ToneDen?** There's not much to dislike about ToneDen other than the $50/month price tag.
