Zilla is actually a great marketplace as it is actually giving the audience the to choose and shop from multiple merchants and also proves their profiles making sure it is authentic and trustworthy. **What do you dislike about Zilla?** Zilla has a facility to pay later but it might be confusing for the people who use it since they have a lot of wallets and and card options. The site is user-friendly but very confusing if we buy something. Check-out might be really an obstacle they can work on. **What problems is Zilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zilla is proving an opportunity for consumers to pay later for their purchase making it a go-to platform. Usually, customers face problems with finding authentic places to buy from and Zilla provides really good B2C by giving the audience a chance to select a category and sellers. On top of that, their customer service team is great and very friendly. **What do you dislike about Zilla?** Zilla still requires quite some work as it won't just magically clean up your date automatically. Therefore, it could be a tedious process when implementing it for the first time. **What problems is Zilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was easy to implement, although it takes quite some time, but we were able to resolve any security breach problem our organisation could possibly face due to the heavy data we have. ### 5.
