As a GC and demolition/concrete contractor, it automatically detects measurements from plans, organizes them by trade, and provides accurate quantities in minutes instead of hours. This saves our estimators significant time, reduces the risk of missed scope, and allows us to respond to bids faster — ultimately helping us win more work and manage resources more efficiently. I like using Togal.AI for take-offs for different projects, as it does them very well and speeds up the process. I can save the counts and organize them, which is really helpful. I love the very clean and intuitive interface that helps me keep things organized and easy to find. The simple workflow and controls make it easy for me, and I can export the data easily. If pricing can be integrated, that would be amazing. The AI is very limited to the information in the plans. It should be more open, taking into account the building process and local building codes.
