The context: We manufacture and sell a premium brand of hand-moulded composite decking and siding (cladding). We were looking for AI-assisted take-off & measurement software to help our international teams of estimators turn around a high volume of quote requests from architects, installers and clients around the world. Togal.ai was an obvious choice from the first demo.
The software: intuitive, easy to learn, easy to use. A ton of resources from knowledgebase articles to videos to training. Great at supporting plans of varying quality, and great at take-off's for exterior designs of decks, siding, quayside wharfs, sidewalks and other unique designs. AI isn't perfect every time, so Togal.ai's manual tools make it very easy to correct any AI mistakes. Overall a massive efficiency & accuracy boost to our quoting process.
The company: from the very first demo it was obvious that Togal.ai employs real champions of the product whose passion extends beyond sales to being an extension of our estimating teams. Amazing support all the way through the sales process with multiple product demos based on a variety of our own plans, and continuing on through the post-sales process with our dedicated customer success manager. The training has been very well received, and our estimators continue to express their pleasure at working with Togal.ai - this is as much about the software as it is about the exceptional care and attention by the company behind the software.
