I really appreciate TLOxp's UX, which I would rate 9/10. The information it provides when I'm unsure about what a particular search generates is super helpful. It's also super easy to use and the setup was quick and simple. When I moved to a much larger company with around 600 employees, I was ecstatic to learn they use TLOxp for skip tracing too! I wish the fees were visible on each report, so you know what it’ll cost before running it, or if it’ll still charge you if you don’t get a hit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the wealth of information available in one place and the speed of the searches. The tool allows you to easily find and cross-reference lots of data on people or companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface seems a bit cluttered with many filters and options on the screen. You must also be very meticulous with the entry of criteria, otherwise the results may be too numerous or not the ones you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As much as I like the added measure of security, it gets old. Having to have a pin to log in every time on top of a password can get old. And if you don't reset your password you are locked out every 3 months or so Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data produced by TLO is the most accurate that I have seen. In addition, their application of confidence scores to phone numbers greatly aides our investigative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While some of the data provided will attribute itself to a source, most will not. If we were able to determine where information is present, and where it can be corroborated, that would greatly enhance our investigative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the price per search. It's very hard for other companies to compete with that. Setting up an account is also super easy. Definitely would recommend to any fellow skip tracers. Also, on a company wide aspect. It's cool that they offer 3 different pricing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
