Titanium is extremely customizable. Down to the colors of each appointment. The way Titanium is set up is it makes it useful for any center as everything is designed by you. You are able to access each client's entire history with the clinic. This is very helpful when preparing to meet with a new client. Also, access to these notes can be limited only to the people who are working with this client, which protects confidentiality. Titanium has a steep learning curve. It is difficult to remember the pathways to use to access the information that you need. Also, when you have one information box open, you cannot simultaneously open or look at other information boxes. Sometimes it would be helpful have to be able to multi-task.
