Down to the colors of each appointment. The way Titanium is set up is it makes it useful for any center as everything is designed by you. From how you write your progress notes, to treatment plans, to almost everything. This makes it extremely versatile. Their support is fantastic as well. **What do you dislike about Titanium Schedule?** Because you customize everything, it can be a little cumbersome to set up. It would be nice if it had more built-in templates but this is really a minor inconvenience. **Recommendations to others considering Titanium Schedule:** Get a demo and see what all it can do for you. If you really like to make things customizable then this really is a great solution. **What problems is Titanium Schedule solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run our entire center off of Titanium, from scheduling to record-keeping it does it all. It keeps us organized and can sync with our Outlook calendars. It makes us more efficient and compliant with relevant laws and standards. ### 2. This is very helpful when preparing to meet with a new client. Also, access to these notes can be limited only to the people who are working with this client, which protects confidentiality. Finally, there is an easy way to view your "task list" to determine what notes, etc. are incomplete. **What do you dislike about Titanium Schedule?** Titanium has a steep learning curve. It is difficult to remember the pathways to use to access the information that you need. Also, when you have one information box open, you cannot simultaneously open or look at other information boxes. Sometimes it would be helpful have to be able to multi-task. Finally, it is not visually pleasing at all. **Recommendations to others considering Titanium Schedule:** Take the time to explore all of the user options. I have been using it for about 9 months and still discover easier ways to do tasks. It would have saved me a lot of time to have known this information from the get-go. **What problems is Titanium Schedule solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Titanium to schedule clients at a Counseling Center and write notes about appointments. It is easy to see when clinicians have open availability and to add new appointments to their calendars. This task can be completed immediately while on the phone with the client, so we can make them aware of their appointment time immediately. ### 4. I had little supervision in the beginning for learning how to use this product and was able to figure it out quite easily. It is concrete and straight forward. **What do you dislike about Titanium Schedule?** It can at times seem overwhelming when looking at many people's schedules and different color coded meetings; however, this issues is easily fixed by viewing only one person's schedule at a time. **What problems is Titanium Schedule solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this program to schedule my clients for counseling. It helps keep track and allows me to add the notes directly into the program. ### 6.
