Tinylawn Reviews & Product Details

Tinylawn is an AI receptionist and lead-capture platform built for lawn care, landscaping, pest control, and other outdoor service businesses. It helps solo operators and growing teams answer every call, capture more leads, and book more work without hiring additional office staff. The AI phone receptionist is available 24/7—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and can communicate naturally in English or Spanish. During each call, Tinylawn can answer business-specific questions about services, pricing, service areas, hours, and availability. It collects important lead details such as the customer’s name, address, requested service, timing, and job notes, then checks availability and books qualified appointments directly onto the business calendar. Tinylawn can also support rescheduling and cancellations, send confirmations, and notify the business by text or email when a new lead or appointment is created. Every conversation includes a recording, full transcript, and AI-generated summary, making it easy to review what happened and follow up with the right context. Tinylawn goes beyond traditional call answering with AI-powered virtual site visits. For each property, it can retrieve lot size, square footage, parcel boundaries, property type, aerial imagery, route distance, and estimated drive time. Customers can submit property photos by text, and Tinylawn analyzes visible conditions such as grass type, tree coverage, slopes, weeds, and bare areas. These insights help service businesses qualify opportunities, prepare more accurate estimates, and reduce unnecessary site visits. Businesses also receive a branded online booking page that can be shared through a website, social media, Google Business Profile, QR codes, printed materials, or text messages. Phone and online leads flow into one dashboard for easier tracking and follow-up. Setup takes only a few minutes: Tinylawn learns from the company website, provides a dedicated local phone number, and can work as a primary line or receive forwarded missed calls. Plans start at $49 per month, with options for growing and high-volume teams, plus custom enterprise pricing. Every plan includes the core answering, scheduling, property intelligence, bilingual support, booking, notification, and integration features. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card, and spam, silent calls, and immediate hang-ups are not billed.
