It has been a huge time saver for our Executive Director to review hours worked and benefits accrued/used for each bi-monthly pay period. The customer service is top notch. They are friendly and always willing to help. Everyone else that works for you may have a different view. Whereas before they were having everything tracked on their behalf, now they’ve got to find part of their working week to complete a timesheet. It may sound like a minor inconvenience and in all likelihood, that’s exactly what it will be.
