Would like to see a time stamp on when left the "fence" verses when they actually clocked out. **What problems is Timesheet Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hope is that this will help us bring down labor costs, by knowing when they are on site and when they leave. ### 2. It is very cost-effective, especially for smaller companies. **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** I dont like the user-interface. I dont like the fact that the breaks cant be automatic. I am hopeful that the suggestions I have made will make it into the launch of the new platform. **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** For a long-standing company, the many issues that have had to be escalated to higher levels to address surprise me. I find it difficult to believe with this system being used by 1000's of companies, that I am the first to come upon the plethora of issues/glitches that I have experienced. **What problems is Timesheet Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to schedule staff and keep track of their time worked. ### 4. You can also work with filters. The biggest plus is that the data entered by the employee is synchronised with the server instantly so that the administrator receives the information immediately. **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** An employee is not obligated to enter mileage at the start, break, and at the end. I would suggest, that would be much better if I could adjust that our worker can not go further without entering the mileage of his car **What problems is Timesheet Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Geofence, start-break-end of working time, and the mileage together are the most important things for us. And of course, the filter to avoid mistakes, for example when employees press a button, not on purpose. ### 5. It offers much more by allowing you to schedule tasks and send gentle reminder to the team. Timesheet Mobile also allows to discuss urgent priorities with the team, which is a great feature not offered by similar tools in the market. Managing payroll is also easy by generating reports. **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** Initially had few issues with the facial recognition kiosk as it didnt fetch the details of the existing employee and we had to add manually the details again. However, this issue got resolved later. **What problems is Timesheet Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timesheet Mobile allows to track workforce login and logout hours on-the-fly and helps HR professionals to manage payroll activities swiftly. For employees as well it offers good experience and punching working hours is not a big hassle anymore. ### 6. I love the live chat The system was a game changer for me. I was spending hours tracking timesheets down and figuring out employee’s hours. With TSM it is a breeze. I highly recommend the app. Thanks Bob **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** So far there is nothing that I do not like **Recommendations to others considering Timesheet Mobile:** I was very pleasantly surprised how easy the system was to get started. Some of our employees were not happy that they had to download another app. After using the system for a few weeks most of them are very happy about how easy it is to use. They like the prompts that they receive right before their shift starts and ends. We no longer hear “I forgot to punch in or out.” We are still learning the system. There are many great futures that we are not using yet. I am looking for to taking advantage of all the features that the system offers. So far, the experience has been great. I love the support that we get from Bob and all the techs at TSM. They have been so helpful. I highly recommend trying out TSM. **What problems is Timesheet Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** No more timesheets. I like it because I have increased my earnings because Timesheet Mobile sends a detailed report to my bosses and there are never errors in payments at the end of the month. **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** The Android version is very comfortable. The UI is rich and intuitive and very easy to navigate. I also like the android app. It's well built and works very well. This isn't the first time I have talked to Bob Drainville - he is very knowledgeable and gets right to the answer. **What do you dislike about Timesheet Mobile?** Employees fought system at first - could use more help selling it to them! **Recommendations to others considering Timesheet Mobile:** The only hang up is that your employees need to have a smart phone. Even thought that is fairly common, you still have a few that will fight the technology. Our construction guys fought switching to this system but now they love it. It's saved a lot of time in the office not having to manually enter the time. **What problems is Timesheet Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are saving about 3 hours a week in clerical time over our old manual system ### 16.
