I like real-time view who is working on what task and how long it takes — this gives me full team transparency. Each team member sees their Jira tasks directly in the tracker, so no need to switch tools. It’s very simple for them to start and stop timer. I also use integration with Looker Studio to build time and performance dashboard. It helps me track productivity and share key metrics with management privately and securely. TimeLake’s real-time dashboard has improved our QA team's coordination testing activities. I love having live visibility into each engineer’s workload and progress. It’s like having an ever-updating status board. The automated timesheets also save hours by converting recorded activity into timesheet entries, which sync with payroll and invoicing systems.
