What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?

I love this software. It is very helpful. I am able to track all of my time. This software is used by my agency and helps tremendously and is very critical because we have to keep track of our time. Recommendations to others considering Time Tracker by eBillity:

A little expensive, but very helpful. It helps calculate employee efficiency, and various reports can be beneficial. Easy to navigate through. Our employees find it easy to work with, and it seldom has issues. The administrator side is also easy to understand and user-friendly. The communication it has with QuickBooks is integral to our company's accounting. The comment section is super helpful. What problems is Time Tracker by eBillity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not too many problems. Benefits are that I'm able to pull reports on employee efficiency and thus can make informed decisions. Another benefit is accurate billing to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good connectivity with Quickbooks and Windows but lacking in other areas"

What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?

eBillity allows me to access my client's billing system. My client manages the administrative work of setting up the billing codes and billable rates behind the scene. It syncs with their Quickbooks system seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity?

eBillity does not work well with macOS, other automation tools, or time trackers that I prefer. I did try to set up Zapier, but it did not work as expected and was spotty at best. Like my peers, I end up spending hours each month on the repetitive data entry work manually. I would avoid eBillity if I had a choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy way to log and report time"

What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?

I love how easy Time Tracker is to navigate and how easy it is to input my time throughout the day. I also love the reporting feature and the fact that it can break down my entries by client! It's great for anyone working at an agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?

I like that you can go backwards and review past time sheets from previous weeks. I also like the numerical totals on the bottom of the timesheet that adds up your hours instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?

The ability to copy the prior week's time entry is very helpful - especially when my projects run a long time, and the time on them rarely changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity?

If I make a mistake (on the week I enter time in for example), I am unable to rectify it. I have to send the data into our team and have them fix it. I am not sure if this is a setting that our company can control or not - it has always been that way, even when I request access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
