Needed to find part-time support personnel.

**What do you like best about Time Etc?**

Honestly, nothing. This was not a positive experience for us.

**What do you dislike about Time Etc?**

We had not one, but two different candidates from Time Etc. not work out for us. The first didn't perform her assigned tasks properly (or at all, truth be told); the second completely ghosted us. Our "client happiness" rep was little to no help.

**Recommendations to others considering Time Etc:**

Evaluate this company very, very carefully to see if they can actually meet your requirements.

**What problems is Time Etc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't received any benefits from this service.
