Lot's of creative testing is necessary which can be costly. There are still some bugs on the platform but it seems to be getting better and better. I also like that under the 'assets' navigation menu, there is a page solely for 'comments' so you can easily monitor comments from users. FB makes it a little more difficult to do this. Results-wise - we see that TikTok does drive a lot of impressions and traffic for a low cost. **What do you dislike about TikTok Ads?** Conversions campaigns don't really deliver conversions. I understand that TikTok users are using the app to be entertained, but I also know that TikTok heavily influences purchasing behavior. It's just a video, a very short caption, and a url. There aren't really many other variables at play here, which makes creative iteration very easy, as it can be difficult to find creative that works. **What do you dislike about TikTok Ads?** A lot. The conversion tracking UI needs a lot of work, regardless of the fact that iOS14 is making advertising more difficult in general. Also, the UI for boosted posts is rather confusing, and there are some weird quirks while setting up ads that are weird. It also doesn't do a good job of setting up dynamic creative that can be useful in a consumable way. **What problems is TikTok Ads solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are selling to customers. We are primarily using it for direct to purchase conversions. Depending on the price point, it's definitely a big volume addition to our other advertising channels.
