TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM is cutting edge. ActiveMatrix works well with the other parts of the TIBCO ecosysystem. I also like that ActiveMatrix works well with other tools. **What do you dislike about TIBCO BPM Enterprise?** I think the worst thing about TIBCO ActiveMatrix is that it is not well known, and outside of asking TIBCO ActiveMatrix professionals for help, there is not a large universe out there to help out. The software also has some work to do on making custom steps. **Recommendations to others considering TIBCO BPM Enterprise:** Before purchasing TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM, I'd make sure you need all the bells and whistles that ActiveMatrix comes with. The software is comprehensive, and you can tell that TIBCO cares a lot about being cutting edge on quality and the user experience. With that said, most users probably don't need everything TIBCO ActiveMatrix has to offer. Might be worth trying out IBM BPM and Apache Kafka, among others. **What problems is TIBCO BPM Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM is used by the company to make business data sets work well together. It helps keep things in a manageable format. ### 5. Designer have lots of feature which help to design the process smoothly **What do you dislike about TIBCO BPM Enterprise?** Some time process doesn't process the full XML. and XML size also generated huge hence in server it's occupying more space and we need to clear up the space very frequently **Recommendations to others considering TIBCO BPM Enterprise:** Its easy to design the business process in TIBCO and easy to integrate with any ERP system. Nothing to sneeze at. Tibco BPM started life as Staffware, one of the first worflow products to hit the market with a graphical modeling capability. Staffware set the standard for workflow for many years. The later acquisition by Tibco put them together with the message bus and integration vendor ina way the enhanced both products. **What do you dislike about TIBCO BPM Enterprise?** A little bit too conservative. Not really anything leading edge. They have plenty of installed base, and that means they will probably be around forever, but newer offerings seem to be more stylish and hip to the latest techniques. **Recommendations to others considering TIBCO BPM Enterprise:** Like all such system there is going to be a niche, so make sure you are in the right niche with Tibco **What problems is TIBCO BPM Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Application development around a business process.
