**What do you like best about Thulium?**

The system is very intuitive to use, has extensive functionalities and reports. It is easy to implement a new agent to work in the system. Thulium has various applications. In our case - sales, HR, but we see room for its implementation in other areas. Solid and understandable for programmers documentation for API integration. Above all, we highly value cooperation with the support department. They are professional, reliable, helpful and friendly. Thank you.

**What do you dislike about Thulium?**

Honestly, we did not spot any disadvantages.

**What problems is Thulium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling multiple hotlines simultaneously. Advanced IVR tree configurations. Troubleshooting user configuration issues.

**What do you like best about Thulium?**

The system offers a wide range of configuration options. It works perfectly for inbound call centers as well as outbound telemarketing campaigns. It allows you to handle customer emails and conduct chat conversations. The Thulium support team is always very helpful.

Insufficient user permission selection in the system.

It allows easy management of calls, emails, and chats.

At the moment, there are no objections. Maybe one: this field is required, and right now I don't see any reasons or examples to describe what I don't like.

Communication with clients in one place, the ability to control the subordinate team.
