What do you like best about Thulium?

The system is very intuitive to use, has extensive functionalities and reports. It is easy to implement a new agent to work in the system. Thulium has various applications. In our case - sales, HR, but we see room for its implementation in other areas. Solid and understandable for programmers documentation for API integration. The system offers a wide range of configuration options. It works perfectly for inbound call centers as well as outbound telemarketing campaigns.
