It also gives users a wide range of integrations - everything from Zapier and Drip to Go to Webinar and Google Drive. It also gives users access to performance features such as Proejct Lightseed. Onboarding is extremely important since there is a learning curve to this product, but they fully support users with built-in video tutorials for their lead capture tools. Pricng was a no-brainer as I got in with a lifetime deal, but even at its current figures, it's a bargain. **What do you dislike about Thrive Leads?** There is a learning curve, and if I haven't used Thrive Leads to build anything new for a while, I find myself watching the video tutorials again. The overall user experience feels a little disjointed, too, as there are a number of moving parts - many of them essential - that you have to navigate around to access. **What problems is Thrive Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?** I really like the lead groups, which give you different types of optin forms based on rules users create - everything from ribbons to modal popups and widgets. You can also fire it based on page/blog category, page URL, tag, etc. It's really amazing, it also has built-in stats. **What do you dislike about Thrive Leads?** The only thing that I have to say is that it doesn't allow you to track clicks as conversions, only filled forms. It also has nice A/B testing capabilities. **What do you dislike about Thrive Leads?** It doesn't use the Gutenberg block editor in any way and has its own WYSIWYG editor. This means I've got two separate editing paradigms that I use on my Wordpress side which isn't that fun. I'd also rather use the Gutenberg one as this is what most plugins today aim to support, so you're in a bigger ecosystem. I use Thrive Leads by placing welcome popup on current promotions I am running on my website. Another place where it comes in handy is when I want people to download some digital content from my site - be it an ebook, cheat sheet or some other resource. This is then used as a lead capture mechanism. Thrive Leads enables placing these as clickable links that turn into popup forms to capture the leads instead of sending the person to another page. Issues it causes. Of all the issues caused by optimizing the loading speed of a website, roughly 60% are caused by Thrive products. This is something that happened over a few years, it is not a one time occurence. Whatever justification they have for it, one thing stands out clearly. The customization you can have on the differents layouts is great. it's easy to change and can fit very well to your wordpress website. You han lots of differents options : rubon, pop up, content or side widgets... Then the display rules are easy to set up when you have a blog or a website. Finally the integrated A/B test system is great when you want to challenge a banner against another one. I have tested some other tools and that's really the best system for Wordpress. **What do you dislike about Thrive Leads?** There is nothing really I dislike. Maybe the fact that everything is in english. The built-in templates are also very good. Also, Thrive Leads forms load very quickly, and the interface is fairly easy to use once you get used to it. (but expect to put some time into learning) And from a tech standpoint, I have NEVER had a single problem with Thrive leads that was not user error. I wish I could say the same about Clickfunnels and Infusionsoft. **What do you dislike about Thrive Leads?** I wish the data reporting was more flexible. I would love to be able to export data into Google Sheets or Excel to play around. You can export your leads, but not long-term trends and things like that. Also, there is something of a learning curve. Do not expect to pick it up instantly. I've been using Thrive products for a long time so I know them well, but they can be tricky to pick up. The a/b testing functionality helps you test different call-to-actions, value propositions, lead magnets, and every variable you can think of, with the help of the analytics you can decide which a/b test variable won. Also i really like the ability to trigger these pop-ups based on different user behaviour or on specific content (you can make rules to display these pop-ups). Aso there are different types of pop-ups for example slide, top of page, modal, in-content to name a few that makes this plugin very useful to capture prospect info. A plus is that you can make a connection to your CRM or email marketing program by using zapier. **What do you dislike about Thrive Leads?** I've have had problems when it comes to modifying lead capture forms, you're limited by displaying name, email and phone. Of course this is not a form plugin, but it would be really nice if you can build your own forms with more than 3 form fields. Nonetheless i've been able to display more complex forms by using a shortcode and using the element builder built-in with the plugin. **Recommendations to others considering Thrive Leads:** I'd suggest buying this plug along with thrive architect (page builder for wordpress). It helps to make better landing pages and thrive leads for call-to-actions **What problems is Thrive Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thrive leads has helped by making easier the process to understand what our customers wants, for example i've been able to test different promotions without any expensive a/b test software, i just create to different pop-ups and test a single variable. With very little traffic i've been able to tell if a customer is interest in promotion A or promotion B with the help of the conversion analytics built-in with this plugin. ### 22.
