Thread Pilot Reviews & Product Details

Thread Pilot is an AI-powered Gmail automation tool that never lets important follow-ups fall through the cracks. Running as a Google Apps Script securely inside your Gmail account, it automatically monitors unreplied emails on a custom schedule, generates contextual follow-up message drafts using GPT-4, and organizes them with labels so you can review and send with one click. Features include daily automated monitoring on your custom schedule, smart filtering to exclude spam and newsletters, customizable lookback periods (e.g. follow up on emails 3+ days old), customizable follow-up templates by sender type, and on-demand checks for ad-hoc use. The platform operates entirely within Google's ecosystem using the Gmail API — no external data access, no third-party server uploading. Used by sales professionals chasing leads, recruiters managing candidate pipelines, entrepreneurs juggling investor and partner threads, business development teams scaling outreach, and customer success teams ensuring no customer signal goes unanswered. Pricing: Basic $3.99/month, Advanced $8.99/month for power users with priority AI, multiple Gmail accounts, custom templates, and advanced analytics. Both plans include a 14-day free trial.
