Gives you the tools to ask informed questions during interviews

**What do you dislike about Thomas?**

Would have preferred a two day course to unwrap some of the graphs and seen a video of PPA in action during an interview

The course is great and the product greatly assists in supporting recruitment and interviewing candidates

Supporting the Directors in recruiting the best person for the job based on quality evidence

**What do you like best about Thomas?**

Range of tests that allow us to assess candidates for different roles and build out role profiles based on these tests.
Useful in assessing softer skills for candidates to build out a fuller image of them.
Easy for both user and candidates use.

**What do you dislike about Thomas?**

Lack of technical testing which would allow for easier use as one platform would be handier than mutliple.
Lack of languages for testing to be taken in - we have candidates from all over the globe and if the tests are not taken in their native language then it can impact their scores.

**What problems is Thomas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating global job profiles.
Adapting interview questions to probe further into a potential weak area.
Allowing managers to take ownership of candidate fit.

Their systems for review, they are easy to do and easy to understand. Simplicity and efficiency are key.

It would be useful for them to present the results in a more flexible way so clients can adapt the findings.

**What do you like best about Thomas?**

Quick and easy to use assessment tools that allow us to make people decisions. We assess all candidates to understand their job fit, skills as well as how they will interact with the team. We then use the information to ask better interview questions & finally we use the amazing Onboarding reports. These explain in simple business language how to get the best out of the candidate and how to manage & motivate them.

**What do you dislike about Thomas?**

Integration could have been quicker (Although it had to be built from scratch as our ATS was highly customised)

Recruiting the right candidates, assessing sales potential, getting personalised onboarding reports
