I like that we can send branded items and they handle shipping info with a simple redemption link.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

I don’t like that adding gift card amounts requires contacting support instead of doing it ourselves. It slows down the process, adds extra steps, and can be frustrating when we need to make quick adjustments for campaigns or incentives.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thnks helps us send sales gifts and participation incentives easily. It saves time by handling the shipping and tracking, so we can focus on building relationships instead of logistics.

Huge array of options for vendors and payment processing has been reliable. It also allows pretty granular opt up and opt down.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

Truly the biggest weakside is the gouging on the fees. On a sales team sending gifts with a limited budget we cannot be spending 20+% to send an uber eats digital gift card. To send a 50 dollar card is 10 dollars in fees... for what? And if you want to make it carbon neutral you pay more again ontop of that.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

I love having the ability to share gratitude with my professional community. Simple acts of kindness go a long way in building a meaningful relationship with my clients, propects, and other professional connections. In what seems to be an increasingly busy world, showcasing that you've taken a few moments to appreciate the interaction you've had with them goes a long way. People ultimately want to know that you care and I love I can incorporate a gift to share with them, even if it's something as simple as a coffee.

I'd love the opportunity to personalize things with my own logo and brand.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showcasing gratitude in a unique and oftentimes unexpected way. Everytime I send one to someone, they are joyed with the surprise. It helps me standout and show that I truly care about them and the work they are doing.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

Our sales engagement team was amazing. I truly enjoyed meeting with Kelsey Ball and team. She was so great on leading everything and  the integration team made it very painless. Within 30 min we had everything connected and ready to go. Kelsey also gave us tons of ideas to think over and is going to send them over making it super easy to use the system! Overall this is one of the easiest implementations of software I have ever had as an HR manager.

We are in a small town and sometimes we need a local gift card. But we have found other alternatives, so seems to be fine!

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HElping us gifting to our employees for anniversaries, birthdays, rewards, and new hires. It really helps with a remote/hybrid work force.

With email integration, THNKS knows when to remind me to send thanks after each meeting. That instantaneous feature makes using THNKS super convenient and quick.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

I'd love to have branded SWAG available, so over time, we're loading our clients up with things they need or would enjoy that all have our branding on them, such as pens, coffee mugs, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Thnks:**

Our initial investment was available to use for gifts, which was an awesome plus.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved client acquisition/sales closing rates, client appreciation gifts now and then, and something to remind our incredible employees that we appreciate their loyalty.

Complete visibility into when the Thnks were opened and redeemed. I love how broad the gifting options are too.

My only dislike is that the Thnks' value is pre-determined.

When we first started using it, we couldn't get refunded for the gifts that were unused but now we can so nothing to dislike.

Good selection of gifts, reasonable prices, beautiful email templates, robust user management, spend caps, and reporting.

We used THNKS for a few months, until realizing the fine print: They won't refund the cost of any gifts that record an "email open" event but otherwise go unreedemed.

This struck me as an exceptionally odd. Where does the spend go in that case? We asked a few times but never got a straight response, and consequently stopped using THNKS.

We needed a simple, easy platform for sending customer gifts and marketing incentivization programs.

I love the ease of use and the entire interface! It's by far the best Giving platform I've come across and extremely user friendly.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

Thnks is very easy and fun to use and provides plenty of options for any gift-giving client needs that come to mind.  We use it for current client gratitude as well as prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

That is really difficult because it is hard to say I genuinely dislike anything about the tool.  The one thing I wish I could change is the availability of sending Thnks to more locations globally and, more specifically, the availability to send out our company-branded items beyond just the US.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to only send gifts to clients quarterly and we would always send the same gift.  We weren't reaching as many clients as we would have liked and if we wanted to send something to more than one person at an organization, it got kind of boring and repetitive, always sending the same thing.  With Thnks we can now send more thoughtful gifts to clients at any time for any reason.  We have been able to connect with more clients and enhance relationships by showing our gratitude through a kind gesture or a more extravagant gesture depending on the circumstance. Thnks has completely changed our regular client touchpoints for the better.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

Thnks makes it super easy to send fun gifts to customers and prospects — especially in a remote environment. You only need an email address to send a gift card, physical gift basket, or virtually any item Amazon sells.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

I think Thnks could improve its billing/reporting features. Instead of reporting monthly, they charge by individual gifts/sends. That makes harder for our finance team to reconcile charges. Adding a "batching" feature would be fantastic.

**Recommendations to others considering Thnks:**

Thnks is incredibly cost-effective when it comes to sending physical gifts (and gift cards!) to customers and prospects. Since you only pay for what you use, it's easy to budget for and saves our company money.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are engaging more customers and spreading joy on a daily basis. Everyone loves the coffee, treats, gift cards, sympathy gifts, etc. that Thnks can send. It's a great way to make someone's day.

The self-serve user experience with the diversity of products allows for Thnks to be the best client gifting platform out there. The search functionality could be one of the most helpful tools-especially within a high pace environment. Overall, the customer service is top-notch, which is a massive indication of success for the company. Lastly, the messaging feature that allows customers to message me after receiving the Thnks provides the feedback loop necessary to continue conversations with clients.

The only upgrade I would like to the platform would be the ability to copy and paste contacts.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using Thnks during the pandemic due to not entertaining clients in person, but now that we are beginning to be more in person, I'm still using Thnks. This means that the company serves an everyday need.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

Our relationship managers at Thnks take great care of us and have regular check-ins to ensure we are getting the most out of our Thnks experience. The simplicity of the platform is great. There are images for all of the items to help you see what you are getting.  Consistently new gift options are added that are relevant to the season.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

The options are semi-limited. While I like the cute tagline options, it would be nice to have an assortment of restaurant gift cards we could send clients besides just Ubereats or Grubhub, so that we could customize more experiences for clients like a "date night on us" or "dinner out with the family". The food options included right now are overall very basic chain restaurants like Dominos, Panera, Starbucks, etc. Perhaps there could be options to send a $25-$100 gift card for brands like Darden Restaurants or Bloomin' Brands where clients would be able to choose a restaurant to have a nice dinner/lunch out at one of the restaurants under that parent company. It would be nice to have more low dollar options besides food as well to be able to send clients. Since we have so many clients, we cannot always send gifts that cost too much because we won't enough funds left to send items to other clients. Also, the flower options are limited and overly expensive. The new Pomp flowers that were just added are all over $100 when we could order flowers from a place like 1-800 Flowers for only $50-$80. Additionally, there are so many great cookie companies out there, but the only options for sending cookies are for Starbucks, Panera, or Noms. It would be nice to have options to send cookies from chains like Crumbl, Tiff's Treats, Cravory, etc.

We are trying to solve the problem of not having the capacity to easily surprise and delight clients. With Thnks, it is easy to send a quick treat to clients to brighten their day and enhance our relationship with them. It is also nice that clients have the option to donate the gift funds to charity for companies who cannot accept gifts.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

THNKS makes it easy for companies to express gratitude to their customers/prospects in a variety of different ways.  As an Account Director, I am tasked regularly with finding new, creative ways to encourage people to connect with me and consider my company's offerings.  Whether I'm thanking someone for their time, congratulating someone for a business-related achievement or personal life event, buying lunch for the team, sending a care package when someone is recovering from illness... THNKS offers no shortage of options and ideas when it comes to gratitude.  Their platform is straightforward to use, and their support team is always available to help you brainstorm ideas.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

There's not much to dislike about THNKS!  It's only rare that you can't find something you are looking for to gift to another, and it's a shame you can't ship alcohol to some states.  Besides that, it's an incredible tool and valuable in more ways than one.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's hard for anyone to turn down free food, free coffee, etc.  COVID has stressed out plenty of people in the last 18 months, so it's a welcoming sight when a stranger says they're thinking about you and sends you a little something.  We are building stronger connections with our customers and prospective customers, as well as with leaders who express gratitude for their employee's efforts.  In sales, whether it's a "Yes" or a "No," it's still a win to get a response, and THNKS helps us to achieve that.  We've also partnered with THNKS on several occasions around the holidays to send our customers and prospects free products and make equal donations to local and regional charity organizations.

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

Thnks is great because it's small enough to have a responsive customer service team but large enough to have excellent engineering and to work smoothly. Our absolute favorite feature about Thnks is that our funds are returned to us if a recipient never opens the gift, which saves us from wasting money.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

I know that scheduling out gifts is in testing mode, and I wish that was a feature that was ready- it would be very helpful.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it helps with accountability. We previously would send out items and gift cards with no real tracking efforts, and Thnks allows us to keep track of recipients, open rates, etc.

COVID has been hard on many companies and organization. THNKS has helped us let our employees know we care and are thinking about them even if they aren't coming into the office every day. It's an easy and great way to let our staff know we care about them.

The ease of use is truly outstanding! All you need is the recipient's email address and you're good to go. Especially in these times where everyone is working from home, this has allowed us to show our gratitude from afar.

Identifying the appropriate Thnks is not always the easiest. The search functionality will get you to a general page but from there, you just have to scroll until you find what you need.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thnks has helped us drive the adoption of our software by sharing a Thnks when folks hit specific milestones. It has also allowed us to keep that client-facing relationship from afar by being able to celebrate (births, children's weddings, etc.) and sympathize (funerals, illnesses, etc.) with our clients.

Thnks is a super fast and easy way to say thank you, be it to a customer, or to an internal coworker. there's no shipping involved, making gifting easy and timely!

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

I wish there was slightly more variety. for example, there are only grubhub gift cards for ride share apps, wish there were more. additionally, it would be nice if you could choose the actual amount instead of choosing from a preset card.

customer gifting, employee gifting, demo incentives for prospects. This is a great addition for the marketing budget and helps us look considerate and polished as an organization.

It is convenient to choose from different categories depending on the reason for the gift or gift card and it's all in one place.

Not much really; It didn't integrate with Outlook, but not a huge deal.

Being able to send something to someone after a meeting or prior to one by not worrying about going to different places or sites. The benefits I have realized are convenience and ideas of what I can send to someone to show appreciation.

Thnks allows you to show gratitude to customers and colleagues in a personal, yet non-creepy way. In this day and age, many people work from home, and due to this sending thank yous to the office is not easy and the LASt thing you wish to do is to ask for someone's home address. Thnks offer excellent gifts and an even better delivery solution.

We love how our sellers can send coffee or lunch to a client to surprise and delight, or strategically get a meeting. The platform is super easy to use, and the gifting categories are helpful to browse through. We also love that we no longer have to track down addresses to send gifts.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

The reporting has been challenging to use. We'd love to be able to create ROI reports in salesforce, but we haven't been able to create those.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to collect addresses, or pack boxes and mail things indiviudally. It saves quite a bit of employee time and manual work.

Love the wonderful gift options and that the receiver gets an email to accept, choose any special selections and fill out their own delivery address.

Only thing I would call out is to add more vendors but otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing!

I like being able to send gestures and gifts to clients and possible clients. It truly helps build a solid relationship.

I don't particularly appreciate how specific most of the gift options are. For example: instead of just sending a gift card to a place, it will be for a particular item at that place.

Be creative but short and sweet in your messages.

The problem I solve most with THNKS is getting people to commit. The most significant benefit is sending a gesture without spending too much time doing research and deciding how to get it to the prospect/client.

Thnks is incredibly helpful in keeping me connected with my customers during Covid.  I found it very easy to send my customers gifts without requiring a physical address.

I heavily used Thnks during the holiday season, and it made my life much easier.  I have yet to find any issues or drawbacks to using this service.  Great stuff.  Thnks!

**What do you like best about Thnks?**

It's so easy to spread notes of Thnks or make goods for customer service issues through the Thnks platforms. Especially working in a digital age, it's so great to send a virtual gift card, it takes away from the extra work of having to order gift cards, mail them, etc.

**What do you dislike about Thnks?**

I wish there were a master account where I could send out Thnks from different sub-accounts, ex: sending out a batch of Thnks from one team that is not my own since I am in charge of our loyalty.

**What problems is Thnks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer service issues, surprise and delights, survey redemption and team encouragement.

It doesn't yet integrate with HubSpot, but I am told they are working on it.

The reason we chose THNKS was to enable and empower our sales team to use their intel with customers and prospects and help them strengthen those relationships. They love it!
