this+that Reviews & Product Details

this+that unifies your team's email and messaging into one inbox, then uses AI to turn the flood into finished work. It reads across Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Telegram, extracts the requests, decisions, deadlines, and commitments buried in those messages into a task manager that fills itself (DoBox), and runs multi-step workflows — 32 action types, conditional logic, AI decisions, and 13 built-in MCP servers plus any MCP-compatible tool — to handle routine work automatically. An editable knowledge layer, "the brain," grounds everything the AI does so it reflects how your team actually works. Think of it as an AI executive assistant for your whole team, not just one inbox. Free during beta.
