**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

Skillstation shows individual records of competency and gives clear direction on e-learning packages, inductions, management procedures and standard operating procedures. Skillstation ensures quizes are avaliable at the end of each module aswell as linking directly into our induction platform intasite. Fantastic site to use which shows the insights across the business for different departments. I really like how easy it is to upload training records compared to what we used to use. Skillstation makes my life so much easier now that its in place, the company as a whole have adopted the system really well and our colleagues in Singapore HQ are very impressed with the system and how it runs.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

Only feedback I have is on the reporting side, it would be nice to see a definitive score of each person per department instead of going through each individual record as a report. eg : most competent to least competent person within the business.

**What problems is SkillStation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting monthly to the senior team which department is above average competency 
Easy to upload trianing records 
Sleek system and easy to use 
Informative when doing reports for the full team (average competency)

**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

SkillStation is very user friendly, the functions of the system are very easy to use. I use SkillStation every day within my role and love using it every day. SkillStation team within our company can do most to help the business but if we're ever unsure on anything, we know Darren and Emma aren't far away and always happy to help. Their customer service from start to finish has been amazing and very beneficial. Integrating SkillStation into our company was very good, it has had a good impact on our business.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

This is quite hard as we've had a good experence with SkillStation and any issues we've had, has been resolved very quickly. The only thing I can think of in the beginning stages of SkillStation when we started building the system to suit our company it was quite hard to picture what it was going to look like with the data we were having to input but other than that very positive experience for SkillStation.

**What problems is SkillStation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that skillstation is solving is that it ensures all our certification is valid, a big problem within our company is that every office had their own database of certification and no one knew what certification anyone had. Benefits of this is that management know what everyone has and what is expiring.

Our performance reviews are now on SkillStation which is a very easy process and saves the lengthy process of our orignal performance review process.

**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

Skillstation has provided a simplified way of sharing information on each employee's skill set with their leaders. This will help us streamline many aspects of our business. I have enjoyed the admin user experience as well. The system is very intuitive and easy to use, and Darren and his team provide phenomenal customer service. They are always an email or video call away to help us with any questions.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

I don't have any pieces that I find frustrating. I always feel that anything I think could be improved is heard from the SkillStation team, who work to make it happen or at least consider it an option.

**What problems is SkillStation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a way to more accurately track employees skills and competencies, which will help with performance reviews. We are also developing the system for training management which will help with audits.

**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

Navigation; UI/UX; Capabilities; Fit for Purpose = everything is aligned and dedicated to competency management.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

There's an opportunity to improve the dashboard. Instead of showing the data, also provides the ability to export the data from the dashboard. Primarily, the user needs to run a report after seeing the data.

**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

Very proactive customer support, able to customise to the skills and competencies of your business, useful reminders for expiring skills & training, able to link up eLearning that automatically updates skills, and easy to complete batch updates for users and skills.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

Only downside is that it isn't a full HR platform as in an ideal world you would have one system to run everything but that isn't a criticism of Skillstation.

**What problems is SkillStation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supports us to evidence that training is being put in place and allows us to keep track of training that will expire

Skillstation enables us to define our skills and competencies in a more systematic way, and then measure performance and progress  against our standards.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

Whilst the user interface is intuitive and makes sense, it sometimes feels that a task could be completed with fewer clicks.'

Skillstation has allowed us to (better) define and track our competencies across the business.

**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

The company are always there to help and support and will jump on issues or bugs and normally have them fixed within 24 hours. I use the system all day every day, and really understand the ins and outs. The system can really do a huge number of things.

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

The system isnt always the simpliest to understand. Especially for those people not using it every day.

**What problems is SkillStation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a water company we need to have a complete competency managment system, which is robust for the companies day to day needs and there if we are audited.

Certificate storage for each operative. 
And the accuracy of the reports generated

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

Course uploads and how they sometimes do not register the operatives pass score.

A desire for online training..
Giving luve data for tickets that are expiring and those that need refresher training

**What do you like best about SkillStation?**

ability to easily upload members of staff and store documents for any compentancies we have on site

**What do you dislike about SkillStation?**

Booking courses is a bit clunky and could be a bit more streamlines.
Having the ability to create bespoke  course material easily like theory tests, assessments

**What problems is SkillStation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping reduce paper helping the bussines reach environmental targets, various functions that helps manage compentancies such as expiry reports and has the ability to let us create bespoke courses in the system to store relevant materials.
