What I like most about ThingSpeak is how simple it is to collect, visualize, and analyze real-time data from IoT devices. The setup process is straightforward, and I was able to connect my sensors and start viewing the data on graphs without much hassle or complexity.

I also appreciate the integration with MATLAB analytics, since it enables more advanced data processing and automation. It is a little complex when we talk about its real life application. Any Failure and bugs may result in serious consequences. However I haven't faced such issues yet.

Thingspeak is a great open-source IOT platform for building IOT prototypes rapidly. Thingspeak provides HTTP and MQTT APIs for sending IOT device data to the Thingspeak cloud. We can analyze and visualize IOT device data on Thingspeak with MATLAB widgets. Thingspeak also provides features for triggering any action based on data input. Thingspeak supports many types of IOT devices like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and NodeMCU. We can export our IOT device data from the Thingspeak cloud for deep analysis. ThingSpeak is a very useful tool for businesses. Since it was launched back in 2010, they have had many updates to this system. I like best that they have a very close relationship with MathWorks, Inc. This is such a largely known company, that is trustworthy. It is a cloud-based platform which you can send and retrieve data from now and then this particular platform is called ThingSpeak. It's unique in its own way as I nicely integrated with MATLAB. Thingspeak is the best open source IOT platform. We can send IOT device sensor data to the cloud in a few minutes using the Thingspeak IOT cloud platform. Thingspeak provides REST APIs to send IOT device sensor data to the cloud, so we don't need to spend more time on backend services for sending and storing IOT device sensor data to the cloud because all backend services are very well managed by Thingspeak. We can visualize our real-time streaming data with Thingspeak MATLAB widgets. Thingspeak does not support the MQTT protocol for sending IOT device sensor data to the Thingspeak cloud. Thingspeak is very helpful for building and implementing IoT solutions easily.
