TheyTest Reviews & Product Details

TheyTest is a skills assessment platform for hiring teams that want evidence, not CV guesswork. Build an assessment from a library of role-based tests (developers, sales, customer support, finance, banking and compliance, 1C and more) or write your own. Mix multiple-choice, coding, essay and one-way video questions, set time limits and weights, and compare candidates on a clear score. Candidates take assessments in 9 languages: English, Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, Kazakh, Uzbek, Georgian, Spanish and Romanian. Integrity is built in. TheyTest records a full screen-and-webcam video of the whole session (with the candidate's consent) for the recruiter to review. It flags tab switching, copy-paste, screenshot attempts and leaving full-screen, and gives each candidate a risk grade. Hiring stages, scorecards, team collaboration, a branded candidate page and analytics are included. Billing is monthly, with no annual contract, unlimited candidates and unlimited seats.
