Integrity is built in. TheyTest records a full screen-and-webcam video of the whole session (with the candidate's consent) for the recruiter to review. It flags tab switching, copy-paste, screenshot attempts and leaving full-screen, and gives each candidate a risk grade.
Hiring stages, scorecards, team collaboration, a branded candidate page and analytics are included. Billing is monthly, with no annual contract, unlimited candidates and unlimited seats.
