The people that was using this range in age from 22 to 64 so it is really helpful that the program has clear, easy to understand instructions **What do you dislike about TheTexting?** While it is user friendly, it’s always somewhat basic. I feel like there could be more options for customizing and personalizing texts to customers. **What problems is TheTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am reaching an entirely new demographic with TheTexting that I wasn’t reaching before. All the Gen Z’s respond and read texts from companies much more frequently then they read emails. ### 3. Meaning I get to do long code text messages. I also like that it offers the best SMS API Services and SMS Gateway services for OTP. Above all it is user-friendly and has no back end logic for integration. **What do you dislike about TheTexting?** I don't like that the delivery report does not happen in real time. And the additional charges will apply on messages with more than 160 standard characters. That is so disheartening. **Recommendations to others considering TheTexting:** TheTexting is a software I'll recommend and gave a 5star any day any time. **What problems is TheTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Community with my staffs outside my work place. ### 4. It was nice to be able to write custom scripts to send whatever messages I wanted whenever I wanted. It has a plethora of developer tools making it easily customizable for anyone who uses it. **What do you dislike about TheTexting?** I did not like the delivery reports. TheTexting lacked the real time delivery reports features. This was no good as you could have the reports available at any given time. There was a decent amount of delay in the actual data and the report. I think this feature could be upgraded **What problems is TheTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem my team solved with TheTexting was an intra team communication tool.
