What do you like best about TheLibrarian.io?

The Librarian has been such a lifesaver for managing my business tasks. It helps me draft emails, create proposals, and even keeps track of important details I’d probably forget otherwise. I love how it works with tools like Gmail and Notion, so everything I need is in one place.

What I really like is how it gets what I need and adapts to my style. Whether it’s setting up reminders, drafting agreements, or organizing stuff, it’s like having a super-efficient assistant who’s always on top of things. I love that I can use it via WhatsApp as well, it makes it much easier to use it while I’m always on the go.

What do you dislike about TheLibrarian.io?

I can’t really find anything to dislike but maybe in the future for it to be also available in app form. But currently it can also be used via WhatsApp for convenience so I can’t complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TheLibrarian.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Librarian has helped me with solving the problems of managing my business tasks smoothly and efficiently. It helps me keep track of important email such as reminding me to respond back to important emails incase I missed it out. It’s daily summary where it shows important emails that are relevant for that day and appointments made. It also gives you a correspondence link to remind you what the meeting is about. I’ve been using TheLibrarian.io for a while now, and it’s become an invaluable part of my daily workflow. The seamless integration with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion makes it incredibly easy to stay organized across all the tools I already use.

What do you like best about TheLibrarian.io?

It integrates various apps in one, which makes it the good one-stop shop instead of having to open several apps to check your appointments, to do list and sending emails.

One of my favourite feature is the morning brief on WhatsApp. I get a summary of the events of the day and any pending tasks which ensures I don’t miss out on any important appointments & tasks.
