The availability of fast delivery options like same day delivery, next day delivery, and support for same day pickup is also impressive. I'm also exploring Hyperlocal delivery with The Shadowfax via dark stores. The transition to The Shadowfax was smooth because it's already integrated into our logistics management system, ClickPost. **What do you dislike about The Shadowfax?** Shadowfax can improve on fake attempts both for delivery and pickup. Many times riders mark orders as delivered without even making attempts. It can also help improve the SPF claim process by simplifying it. **What problems is The Shadowfax solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Shadowfax improves our delivery promise accuracy, reduces failed deliveries, offers fast delivery options, and enhances customer experience with accurate serviceability and ETA calculations. ### 2.
