The Property AI Reviews & Product Details

The Property AI is AI-powered property inventory software built for UK letting agents and independent inventory clerks. It turns smartphone photos into complete, branded inventory, check-in and check-out reports in minutes. Upload your room photos and the AI detects items, describes their condition and flags damage, then exports a professional PDF ready to send to landlords and tenants. Every report is structured as deposit dispute evidence that meets the documentation standards of the three UK government-authorised schemes: TDS, DPS and MyDeposits. Because each inventory is timestamped and photo-linked, agents and clerks can defend deposits with confidence when a case reaches adjudication. Teams use The Property AI to cut inventory time by up to 85%, take on more properties without adding headcount, and keep reporting consistent across every clerk and branch. Plans include unlimited properties, custom branding, team management, native iOS and Android apps, and API access, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
