TextBack Pro is SMS auto-reply software that responds to missed calls with personalized messages within five seconds. The system integrates with existing UK business numbers through standard call forwarding codes without requiring number changes or SIM swaps. Customizable templates reflect business branding and can include booking links and service details. The Pro tier features Google Calendar integration for live availability and automatic appointment confirmations. Follow-up messages are sent at set intervals when no response occurs. Plans range from the Starter tier for 300 leads to the Scale plan, which supports five locations with independent numbers, templates, and performance dashboards. The software is GDPR-compliant and stores minimal data to ensure customer information remains private.
