"Texifyit streamlines documents: extract, edit, and translate without losing format"

5/5

What do you like best about Texifyit?

What I love most about Texifyit is that it makes working with different types of documents easier and faster. Its tools for extracting, editing, translating, and organizing information are very practical, and I especially like that it allows you to work with content easily while maintaining much of the original structure and format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Texifyit?

At the moment, there isn't anything specific I dislike about Texifyit. My experience has been very positive; as an improvement, it would be interesting to continue incorporating new features and customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Texifyit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Texifyit primarily solves the problem of having to manually transcribe, organize, translate, and convert information. It facilitates working with PDFs, images, documents, audios, and videos, allowing you to extract text, edit it, translate it, and export it to different formats like Word, Excel, PDF, or CSV. It also helps process invoices, receipts, forms, and documents with complex structures.

This benefits me because it allows me to save time, reduce repetitive work, and minimize transcription errors. Additionally, having several tools on a single platform greatly facilitates work processes and improves productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has quite a few features, so it can take a little time to explore and understand all the available options. I would also like to see even more customization options for certain extraction and export workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time saver, data builder & simple to use."

5/5

What do you like best about Texifyit?

This is an easy way to extract text from audio for my social media reels & re-purpose it into different languages in order to attract another crowd. It is also a great way to discover which scripts & deliveries are most impactful in order to see what's generating the most views. I love that is is simple to use & very quick & responsive. I am using it mainly for Instagram & Facebook videos at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Texifyit?

It doesn't have a feature yet to record a voice over which would be helpful as I am not able to speak any other language fluently aside from English right now. It would be great to extract audio, record a voice over & edit all in one shot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Texifyit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Texifyit is solving a major time issue - before I would have had to listen & review many videos in order to figure out what is being said. Sometimes, videos go too fast & I have to keep back tracking in order to write down material. However, now I can simply just copy a URL link & past it into the app. Eventually, this will give me a bigger picture of what general ideas I am repeating in my videos & what is missing. What do you dislike about Texifyit?

It would be even more complete if it included an automatic summary function when extracting text from videos, which would further speed up the content review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Texifyit solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my company, Texifyit has been an extremely useful tool for our research and development processes. The ability to generate text from audiovisual content allows us to consult and study information more quickly, facilitating the understanding of new tools or technical integrations without the need to review all the material again. Additionally, it helps us maintain an organized internal reference of the resources we use during the learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
