TestTrick has been a great addition to our recruitment process. The platform is very easy to use for both recruiters and candidates, which makes the overall experience smooth. One of the most helpful features is the automated candidate reminders, saving us time and ensuring higher completion rates.

The built-in tests are a big advantage, as we don’t need to create assessments from scratch. The summary results give a quick overview for decision-making, while the detailed reports provide deeper insights into candidate performance.

Overall, TestTrick offers excellent value for money with its competitive pricing and useful features.

I have not notice anything bad, overall test trick is doing well.

TestTrick is solving several key challenges in our recruitment process, especially around candidate evaluation and efficiency. One of the biggest problems it addresses is the lack of structured and objective assessment. With its built-in tests, we can evaluate candidates on personality metrics (including MBTI-style insights and more), English communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and overall behavior, all in one platform.

This has significantly improved our ability to make informed hiring decisions. Instead of relying only on CVs and interviews, we now have data-driven insights that highlight a candidate’s strengths and potential gaps early in the process. It also helps us filter candidates more effectively, saving time and reducing the risk of mismatches.

**What do you like best about TestTrick?**

I like TestTrick's UI, interface, and how easy it is to use. It makes my work easier. The initial setup was quite easy too.

**What do you dislike about TestTrick?**

I'm not able to set frontend/UI tests on it. Also, in custom coding tests, there are some restrictions in parameter types and return types. I should be able to take any tech interview in any language and with UI as well. All data types should be available in return and parameter types. and i am not able to send custom emails as well.

**What problems is TestTrick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TestTrick for taking coding rounds and adding custom questions, which makes my work easier. the performance is nice

Nothing specific to point out. I just want to suggest adding more tax-related tests, organized country-wise, to the test library.

I really appreciate TestTrick's ease of use; setting it up was very easy and only took about 3 minutes. The support is really good, especially with the live chat feature where Sameer responds straight away. He was able to change any settings I needed, like turning the webcam requirement on and configuring the tests to run on both PC and phone. It's great being able to run really useful tests with it, which has been beneficial for testing applicants for my job vacancy. Overall, I'm very likely to recommend TestTrick.

Honestly, there isn’t anything major I dislike about TestTrick. If anything, I’d just love to see even more AI-powered features added in the future, because the platform is already strong and AI could make it even more powerful and time-saving.

There is a vast library of finance-related tests available in TestTrick. So, for any position I’m hiring for in my team, the candidate has to pass that assessment. Furthermore, the online assessment system that TestTrick provides is phenomenal. It simplifies the process for both the recruitment team and the applicants by allowing assessments to be completed conveniently from home. Currently there is no gamified or simulated assessments available in TestTrick. It would be best if TestTrick can include simulated assessments or gamified assessments as a feature.
