**What do you like best about Testimonial?**

What I like most about Testimonial is how easy it is to collect and display customer feedback in one place. The interface is simple and clean, so it does not take much time to set everything up. I also like that it helps build trust with potential customers by showing real reviews in a professional format. Integration and embedding testimonials on a website is straightforward, which makes it very convenient for marketing and product pages.

**What do you dislike about Testimonial?**

One downside is that some advanced customization options could be improved. Sometimes it would be helpful to have more control over the design and layout of testimonials. Also, a few additional integrations and automation features would make the platform even more powerful for teams that collect feedback frequently.

Testimonial helps us collect and organize customer feedback without using multiple tools. Instead of manually gathering reviews from emails or messages, we can request and manage them in one platform. **What do you like best about Testimonial?**

I think the smoothest aspect of testimonial is the ease of sharing your "testimonial" link. It is simply a shareable link that takes the users right to the review. - We actually put up QR codes on our office windows that take you right to the page!  - We plan to integrate this link into on our order confirmations as well!

**What do you dislike about Testimonial?**

I would say the biggest thing for me is there is a lot of various aspects and tools displayed on testimonial that can make it somewhat tricky to navigate if you're not super familiar with the site. Other than that, once you get the hang of it, it's easy!

**What problems is Testimonial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It essentially helps avoid that awkward question of - "hey can you write something nice about us?" - instead it's displayed as more of a "passive suggestion" that customers tend to take up. In terms of benefits, customer feedback is huge for ensuring we're meeting their needs along with learning how we can improve!

It's convenient to have a tool set up to receive testimonials. Online businesses always need more information and proof that their business is legit. Testimonial makes it really easy to gather testimonials.

**What do you dislike about Testimonial?**

I'd love if Testimonial was a big cheaper.

Testimonial made it really easy to get video testimonials for my course. These videos are very necessary to generate sales and build influence in my industry.

**What do you like best about Testimonial?**

I like the idea of being able to quickly grab testimonials about our Classical Virtue Academy.

**What do you dislike about Testimonial?**

As our screenshot shows, we never got past the setup. We use coda to house our website, so when it analyzed our website, it registered us as "coda" rather than "classical virtue academy." We have not been able to use this, but admittedly, we did not reach out to customer support.

**What problems is Testimonial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a way to get our members to provide feedback we can use without setting up individual interviews. We need prompting and someone else to do this, and it seems like testimonial COULD become that.

It's really easy to use Testimonial to collect reviews. The software has an intuitive UI and clear integration guidelines. Especially useful for the teams who don't have a website developer available daily, it's quite easy to add testimonials to the website as you just need to copy and paste the code.

Sent email messages to inquire about a refund for a month that went past the free trial, for $80 to cancel subscription the day after it went over, and no response.

One valuable feature of Testimonial is that it does not require any 3rd party video hosting, allowing you to focus on whats important, gathering feedback and improving your customer experience, rather than being tied up with technical details.
